New Mexico Child First Network is dedicated to improving the lives of children in foster care and empowering those who serve them through trauma-informed training, policy reform, and direct mentorship and support. Volunteers are needed to help New Mexico Child First Network at its Annual New Mexico Foster Family Picnic and Fishing Extravaganza at Tingley Beach for over 400 families and foster youth!
Volunteer shifts for an hour or all morning are available. Volunteer jobs include helping kids fish (baiting the line and untangling rods), registration/check-in, keeping participants hydrated, and traffic support. Set-up shifts from 730-9am and tear-down shifts from 12-1pm are also available.
To register, (1) sign up with the link below; and then (2) in your confirmation email, click on the google form link to choose your preferred job and shift.
